It's important for us to meet with you and your pets (completely free of charge), to discuss all their individual needs and routines. As we thoroughly understand that all animals have their very own unique personalities, likes and dislikes. I can also answer any questions you may have regarding our services.

2) Lots of interaction and play! We come well prepared with a selection of interactive and stimulating toys, feather sticks, catnip (if allowed), pet remedy etc.
3) Feeding them their favorite fresh foods.
4) Topping up fresh biscuits.
5) Cleaning, disinfecting, filling their water bowls with cold, fresh water.
6) Cleaning out, disinfection all litter trays/ cages.
7) Grooming your fur baby.
8) Giving medication if required.
9) Giving fresh vegetables daily for rabbit's etc.
10) Feeding indoor/ outdoor fish. Also doing a part water change if required for indoor fish.
11) Watering indoor/ outdoor plants.

15) We can also pick up, fresh milk and bread for your arrival home.
